Frequently Asked Questions
1) What services do you offer?
a) I offer services ranging from Graphic Design, Branding, Web Design, and App Design.
2) How do you accept payments?
a) Invoices for online service are emailed through our Paypal Business Account. In-person transactions can be paid with a card or Zelle.
3) Will I have ownership of the design once it's complete?
a) Yes, upon completion and full payment, you will own the rights to your designs. I also reserve the right to share projects for marketing purposes unless stated otherwise upfront.
4) In what file formats will I receive the final deliverables?
a) That varies based on the project type, but based on the suitability of the application - I will generate files in any format requested by the client.
Cost Breakdown
Rates will vary based on type of deliverable, project scope, and anticipated duration of project.
At the moment, I offer two pricing models for all services.
- Hourly rate - typically ranging between $25-$75/hr for all design services and $50-$150/hr for consultations.
- Set-price contract - Only available for projects over $500, excluding one-time graphic design jobs. Contracts exceeding $10K may be rejected for liability reasons.
Quote for services will be provided same day as initial brief. Additionally, every 3 months after the start of a contract I increase the fee 15.0% from the previous quarter. This is done to keep up with inflation.
What to expect?
Steps for completing a project include the following.
- Initial Consultation + Quote
- 50% Deposit + Contract (Defined Requirements + List of Deliverables)
- Sketching and Concept Development
- Digital Rendering + Refinement and Revision
- Finalization, Approval, and Final Invoice
- Delivery + Support
Delivery time starts after paying the deposit and when our team receives your requirements. Final files are released once the final payment i made. Every stage is tailored to each project to fit the clients' needs.
